I ordered three battered fish tacos and brought my own container in so I could fill it up with water, I asked if I could fill it up with water myself at the drink station, and this told me I would have to pay for a large drink in order to get water. What dimension are we living in that I can’t get water with my meal?

I would give them 5 but today was just awful. I come everyday or every other day for my queso loaded fries with no tomatoes no jalapenos. The tall girl that is 95% always there working drive thru, she is wonderful ?. Today when I got my fries, I eat them in the parking lot when they are hot and fresh cuz I live in Arroyo Grande, well today, a young man who wears eye glasses and drives a black car, he parked right next to me and guess he didn't realize someone was in the car, he proceeded to drink a bottle of water, put a hairnet on and then not once but 3 times....pick their nose and EAT the boogers. I was appalled. I couldn't even finish my fries. I was debating on what to do. Ugh. I hope you have strict hand washing and glove standards.

I had a mixed experience dining or patronizing at this Del Taco for this visit. One employee was exceptionally accommodating and kind to me while others were just bizarrely rude and disrespectful or negligent of public safety and health in general (for the disabled and mentally ill or developmentally disabled or incapacitated, protected special groups of persons under state and federal law). Del Taco will likely follow up with me through a phone call. I'm the consumer and citizen patron, afterall. Some people forget or never knew or see it in the first place. Native citizen and registeres voter with Political Correctness always in mind and heart or ethics.Parking: Trash floating around the parking lot, easy to clean up though. Night time maintenance guys.

Friendly, laid back and clean restaurant. Food here is pretty good but the prices are a lot higher so I don't eat here as often as before. You can purchase a small family pack for a great price here comparing to other restaurants.

The customer service experience has been very great. And this is rare to find at fast food places! Staff are very positive which makes me come back for more! Not only that but the food is always correct and even delicious. They stay on top of fulfilling my order correctly. Definitely will be my go to when I'm in town!
