They put some foreign (tofu) substance in their tamales. They claim to use the only Monterey Jack cheese that doesn’t melt in the whole wide word but yet you still get a rubbery substance in your tamale. Gross gross gross 🤮
My favorite are the Chile Verde Chicken! The flavor is so good and they have plenty of meat in each Tamale!!! Have been having these tamales for decades.
Let me tell you, if you are looking for the BEST salsa verde, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!! I have not had better! Lots of garlic, just the right amount of spice! Thumbs up to the chef! 👍
