Incredibly addictive! The chicken is marinated in a delicious sauce that you can taste throughout the half chicken. It's hard not to eat it all. So good!

Very tasty, delicious BBQ.I've been a customer for decades.Just wanted to jump on here and spread the word that the BBQ is at the center.Super delicious flavoring, seasoning and the meat was juicy (I ordered the chicken). You can ask for all salad (no rice) or all rice (no salad). The lumpia takes them about 5 minutes to deep fry on the spot to order. The outer wrapping is nice and lightly crspy; very satisfying with an insanely delicious aroma. Soooo good. Inside was corn kernels, carrot, peas, and ground meat. A little hard to find but not really. Just drive on Preisker and it's the driveway entrance after Boomers nextdoor. Directly across from the firestation.Go inside the center to order and get food. Nice friendly staff.Love it! My favorite. I send my my fam that visits from out of town here and they rave about it too.

We've been stopping in Santa Maria for Tri-tip for many years. Formally, this food truck was parked at Smart and Final but is now selling from the Filipino Community Center parking lot, Sat/Sun 9an-4pmBring an appetite, there is plenty of food for a great price. We frequently grab a Tri-tip sandwich to eat in the car. Tri-tip comes with salsa but no BBQ sauce. Be sure to ask staff to add extra drippings on the sandwich.I also offered the lumpia. It was a yummy mix of meat and mixed vegetables. The rolls are much larger than what I expected. Probably more like egg rolls, but easy to eat in the car and very filling.

Great customer service!! Tri tip is always on point!! 1 time i got a sandwich and got almost no meat the girl even noticed but said nothing to the other girl making them.. that time i got ripped off. Other than that the food is always amazing.

Limited selection, not Filipino food (no lumpia seriously?!?), and the meat was VERY bland and incredibly chewy.

In all fairness, we were in search of real Santa Maria Tritip. We were traveling on a weekday, just passing through. Someone said that this was the best tritip. Okay, let's go. I should've realized that this was a teriyaki version of tritip. It was salty and not at all what we were searching for. It's take out only (obviously). We'll just have to time things better, to eat at places that serve oak grilled trip tip. This wasn't it.

Eh. BBQ was dry and had no flavor. Would not recommend. Living in the bay we had Filipino bbq food stores likeManila bay.. this just made me sad... hoping they marinate and tenderize their meat more but otherwise, disappointing. You're better off marinating your own sweet bbq pork skewers at home.

Tried it for the first time and got the tri-tip meal. The rice was too mushy and overcooked. The beef was good nothing special. Not impressed but for a quick snack its not the worst.

Location: Filipino Community Center (Plenty of parking)2270 Preisker Lane Days: SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9-4 Food:Tri-Tip was flavorful and tender. Definitely a win! Chicken Adobo- had a unique flavor. They added ginger so it gave it a more lighter flavor than regular adobo that's heavy in garlic soy sauce and vinegar. The owners are old school- hard working folks that definitely do not have marketing and social media locked in. But then again they are hardworking folks with a great product! A definite must try if you're in the area.
