“Julie (I believe was her name) the manager was actually so amazing & caught me so off guard with truly amazing care & service. I'm not typically one to make reviews like this, & was actually only prompted to simply by her level of care & immediate action. When I went back to the counter to ask for her name, I was happy to learn she was the (general?) manager (as far as I believe if I am correct) & I just wanted to state how clear it is she deserves such a position. As someone who will admit to being a bit of a grouch when it comes to subpar service, I genuine have been speaking of how happy & how amazing her response made me. Recommendation through the roof.
