I’ve always been pleased with my orders 9/10 times. only time it can be a pain is when you get stuck in rush hour/long line and it can take well over 15-20 minutes just to get some “fast food” but thats not their fault otherwise it always been great

this place sucks. don't waste your time doing a mobile pickup, you'll still be waiting 10 minutes for one of the stoned high schoolers working there to notice you. had a mobile order glitch recently and staff was rude when they said it wasn't received. never going here again. better food and way better service at McDonald's

After having a bad experience up the street, I came here today without much expectation, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very surprised! The food was exactly what I expected. My expectations were exceeded, and I will definitely be coming back here again. I really like the new Smash Jack I was sad that you did not have fresh brewed tea
Bad service, I really don't recommend it. The employees are very slow with orders and the truth is that for me it is a terrible service. I will never stop at this place again in my life.

Ordered extra crispy fries and even asked about them when I received my food. A nice smile and yes of course she said. I parked in the parking lot and the fries were lukewarm and not crispy. Very disappointed!!

The staff was friendly and polite, but a bit inexperienced. Food was on point fresh and hot. Atmosphere ok minus the lingering homeless that most have an issue with, but doesn't bother me most times
