Stop short staffing. Waited in the drive through. Was told to park and wait again. 25-30 minutes. And was parked nexed to the person in front of me from the drive through who was also made to park and wait.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a jumbo breakfast platter, and they forgot the bacon. I also ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich, and they gave me a breakfast jack instead. They couldn't even get the sauces right. I asked for ranch, and they gave me sweet and sour instead. I guess I should have checked my order before I drove off. I will avoid this Jack in the Box from now on.

The worst workers, honestly… I’ve ordered eeks ahead of time and they never deliver unless 30-45 min ahead
I’ve always been pleased with my orders 9/10 times. only time it can be a pain is when you get stuck in rush hour/long line and it can take well over 15-20 minutes just to get some “fast food” but thats not their fault otherwise it always been great

this place sucks. don't waste your time doing a mobile pickup, you'll still be waiting 10 minutes for one of the stoned high schoolers working there to notice you. had a mobile order glitch recently and staff was rude when they said it wasn't received. never going here again. better food and way better service at McDonald's
