This was a new record for incompetence. Every Tuesday there is an advertised special for $10. Why oh why wouldn’t a restaurant be prepared for an influx of customers re their own advertised special? I patiently waited for 35 min to get my order of 8 piece chicken strips! Not only was the time excessive, what they put in my bag did not equal an order of 8! Their end product quality was acceptable. This KFC could benefit from studying the efficiency of Chick-fil-A.

Awful. The girl who took my order was so mean. No smile. No customer service skills whatsoever. Stopped paying attention to me several times while I was ordering. Then didn’t even give me my drink. This was tonight. 10/26/2025 at approx 8 pm. Mole on her neck. Wish I woulda got her name. Very rude. Can tell she hates her job. Ridiculous. I paid $20 for a 3 piece crispy chicken meal with an order of 4 apple pie popper things. Didn’t even get my Starry. Spend all that money and can’t even get my drink and I’m from out of town. So I decided to go ahead and apply this review. Absolutely not happy about this.

I really enjoy KFC food however this location is by far the worst food ive had and this is the third time now in a row (ill get to that in a minute) the customer service is good and the people are friendly with that said ill explain my experience. Three times now in the last 3 months i have gone in each time on Tuesday for the 10 dollar special, 8 pieces of thigh and drum stick. The price is not the problem its the product that is. The chicken all three times saturated in oil and hardly any batter on the chicken, the chicken was so bad i ate two pieces and was all i could stomach. I wont be going back to this location ever again. Very disappointed. All three times, ive experienced the same problem. Saturated in greese, hardly any battwr on the meat. This is the only location Ive had these problem with so its not the corporation. Its sonething they are doing at the location.

I went in to buy some food and they screwed my order up, gave me a hard biscuit and no butter and the chicken nuggets were overcooked and clingy. They were very rude to me and forgot to give me my soda until I reminded them. They looked at my receipt and never gave it back to me. I spent over $12 for garbage. Fast food is getting worse and the prices are way too high! And they have very little parking outside.

Very friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. They provided complementary WiFi. I haven't been to a KFC in several years and I had forgotten how yummy it is. The food at this particular KFC is so good, I think they have really upped their game. Thank you and keep up the good work!
