Their food is honestly so delicious. The bread is hands down the best in santa maria. You can tell everything is made daily and is fresh. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. It's a must, especially for their bread!
The bread here is good, this bakery is mostly famous for their delicious conchas but their tamales are also good. They do need to work on their customer service, people like to be greet and smile at, we don't like long faces or poor customer service, it needs to have both in order to keep customers coming back.
True Hispanic bakery, your best bet is to show up between 4AM (opening) to 6AM because the bread variety is at its peak and still warm. Everyone I introduce to this location gets hooked for good reason, I will be a lifelong customer for sure.
