Terrible customer service got told it would take 15 mins for a deep dish then proceeded to take 25-30 mins to make it while nobody else was in for about 10-15 mins. Not only that pizza was already ready just sitting there but nobody wanted to grab it and box it just do random stuff . Then once they do box it instead of handing it to me after seeing I’m standing there waiting she looks at me and sets it down and says order ready and waits for someone else to grab it . It’s always been crappy there but man it just gets worse and worse each time Just ready to travel I little bit farther for better service

My husband went for a in for a pizza & when he got home we realized they complete messed it up. I went in & asked for a refund but the cashier did not want to get the manager. They said I had already took it out the door!! DUHHH ! I ended up having to keep the pizza. Very unprofessional.

I recently placed an order for a pizza and wings and the driver apparently made off with my order!! I told the driver to come to a shipper building called California Giant since I’m in a semi truck, gave her specific instructions where to go to hand it to me but instead she made off with my order!! Then I get on the phone with little Caesar’s about my order, explained my situation and they wanted me to pay for another order!! I told them screw that the driver messed up I need my order redone and sent by another driver not my money back but they wouldn’t even do that! That’s the last time I order for delivery thru little Caesar’s, that was a total screw up on their part.
They tell you that in 10 or 15 minutes And they deliver it to you in half an hour or more Very bad service

The pizza when lucky has a distinct tasting bite when it comes to the baked pizza dough. It's semi dough-ie lingering taste fills the vacant pocket of air in the mouth, and it's satisfying. It's really hot in the store next to longs drug store.
