Awesome sea food! their oysters and fish are so fresh. this is one of my favorite restaurants and i have been there five times since finding it.

We went there for my birthday yesterday, we reserved for 15 people. We were not offered chips and salsas , until right before we got our food, we literally had to ask for it. We were a large group and they seemed annoyed any time asked for anything what a horrible service!!

Very Expensive and the 7 seas was cold with no flavor. and the seafood tasted very bad... it made me sick... I didn't eat it. It's better somewhere else

I was visiting Santa María from Sacramento. We chose this place to eat, OMG! We ordered a shrimp cocktail and I also ordered a fish taco, the tortilla was hard and chewy and had no fish flavor, NOTHING! The shrimp cocktail didn't taste like anything, the water in the cocktail was just that, WATER!! It didn't have any shrimp flavor, it seems like they just put a few shrimp in it and then filled the glass with tap water, literally tap water!! Yes, very expensive! But the price wouldn't have mattered to me if the food had been good. Also, we had to leave quickly because my stomach started to hurt, good thing the hotel was close by on the same street. I will never visit that place again! I do not recommend it

Bad experience, really, after a while of eating and drinking while I went to the bathroom, when I returned, someone else had my table and my things were at the window. I worked in restaurants for a long time and things don't work, so I was publicly embarrassed when I went there. my table and being busy and the waitress who was there said that the other colleague gave that table when she was serving alone in the entire room, the truth is I felt very bad because exactly two years ago I came very often oh this place and it was an excellent service the food was a lot Better, the truth is, I don't recommend it, very bad service, the truth is, they will leave upset, well, that was my bad experience being a customer.

I went last time and ordered agua chiles. OMG a they were SOOOO bad. I feel like they were expired or something. So the girl took them back and I heard them say “they do have a weird taste”, I was so disappointed. Then I order tacos de camarón and the tortillas were SOOOO dry (I didn’t want to say anything cuz I didn’t want to be “that’s customer” ).The service was good but the food bad and dry tortillas. At the end, we stayed there and eat the food ?. I told my bf that I am neverrrr going there. So if it’s an special occasion DONT celebrate there; NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

This is Tijuana Mex food. Mediocre at best. The beef was inedible as it was so tough, but the worst was six Spanglish women were loud and spouting explicatives with every sentance. Ripping apart a supposed friend with descriptions such as "Fxxxxxx Bxxxxx" I couldn't go over and ask them to pipe down as they are disrupting my lunchtime. I would have been called a "Karen" as I am white. Two Latino families sat down and within minutes got up and left. What happened to civility, politeness, restraint, curtesy and respect? What is happening to our neighborhoods? What is making the management of this place not interject?

Great find on our path. Food is hot on arrival ? how awesome is that! Coffee has a great cinnamon taste and the salsa is tasty. Shrimp cocktail is fresh, cold and full of lots of Shrimp. Service is excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Las Islitas Mariscos in Santa Maria, ca.
Never againOnly gave it one star because I can’t give less.Food was not good bland flavorless. Not impressed at all by food or service. Go somewhere else save your self the money and trip.

The place was almost empty when we came in to eat here for the first time for lunch. Only one table had other customers. We waited close to 10 minutes before the server decided to come to our table. The fish wasn’t anywhere close to what we were used to having at LA mariscos restaurants. Very disappointing to retire on the coast to find this place wasn’t worth coming back again. No wonder why no business during lunchtime. I do wonder how they stay in business.

Horrible service. Ordered shrimp cheese empanadas online it states a different price then in store. Lady that answered the phone was rude. To order food to go you have to be present or else they can't take your order. On top of that I ordered them with cheese and they didn't have any cheese. She said it would take 10 minutes it took 40 minutes to get order. First time they were good, second time was just horrible, and I love shrimp empanadas sad

This is actually about the review before mine from user "dibujando con María" i happened to be there when she and her family went and her review is really biased , they were demanding(not asking nicely, demanding) for a bigger table even though they didn't need one(yes i was listening ..?? ), the waitress politely explained to them that they would need those tables for bigger groups of people but they didn't care and left ( if people want to go to restaurants they should learn basic eating etiquette) i really like this place ( service is not perfect but it's always busy so it's understandable and the friendly staff makes up for it) so i just wanted to give my perspective, shrimp cocktail was great ?
