McDonald's in Santa Maria

“This will always be my favorite place to eat with my grandkids. The food is always delicious and the new toys they have are adorable. Last time I went I was having trouble ordering on the kiosk and this lovely girl names Allyson helped me out even showed me an easier way to use my points/deals. Employees are always nice and there when you need them“

“Full of young people. They lack a sense of good customer service. The drive thru people is usually very friendly but it takes a long time for them to get your food or you have to wait outside the restaurant for them to bring out your food. This place is more convenient to get to than my usually place that I know on Betteravia & Blossor.“

“Got coffee in the drive thru. This mickey-Ds is in the middle of nowhere, but it's set up for high volume of drive thru traffic. Got my coffee, maybe a little slow, but then back on the road. They actually put the correct number of creams in it!“

“McChicken Hot'n Spicy tasted great after 1.8 miles hike with heavy backpack and the coffee was excellent as usual.

The restaurant staff is kindhearted and great service overall. It is clean inside the restaurant and the restroom cleanliness was excellent too.

The seating options are great and provides possibilities for events too.

The mobile application screen monitors are placed in best way I have seen as a drsigner in any McDonalds restsurants because they don't block the people flow to counters, pickup counter or to rest rooms.

The monitors behind the counters howevrr are showing menus that is a bit too small font to read so it would be better to present few clear deals on the screens instead.

“This McDonald’s location is great. The crew has their process down. I go for lunch at least once a month and I’ve yet to experience a mistake in my order. The sodas are always crisp, the food is put together well, and staff is always friendly. The only location that beats it is the Lompoc location.“
