We Order Curbside and we waited for 10min or so and i needed to get down after all. Food was in stage and was already cold , manager was nice and change the fries for us but i been seen that its a constant problem with the curbside ordering system
The customer service was almost non-existent. A grumpy and lazy crew they had working. It took almost 15 minutes for me to get my Two Cheeseburger Value meal and I was only 1 of a total of 4 customers that were already there. The meal was not up to par either. The cheeseburger buns were getting hard and the French fries were hard as a rock from being overcooked. I will avoid stopping there for a meal unless it's an emergency.
