This place is a dive. I walked in looked over the menu and walked out. I then walked across the street and it was similar. I walked out of it also. I then drove a half mile to another one and decided that the first one I had been to although ugly was probably the best.\nI ate the number one combo which is shredded pork, rice and refried beans. I also had a 4 oz cup of guacamole. The food was so,so. Nothing I would want to return for that is for sure. There was a homeless man wandering...
Located in the shopping mall behind Panda Express, Tortilleria has consistently served delicious Mexican food at a low price. We had a feast of tacos that we took to the beach at Guadalupe. NOTE----during fire season this summer, Tortilleria was one of the cafes selected to provide lunches for the firefighters. We heard very favorable responses from the those who received one of the 1500 Torta lunches prepared for the crews.
