Been coming here since I was a kid, probably the best place in SM to get Mexican-style ice cream and paletas. Haven't been here in the last few years so I can't really comment on the customer service.
Very good ice cream But there is a small problem that you are charged for using the table and the table.(Original)Muy buen helado. Pero ai un pequeño problema que té cobran por usar la sílla y la mesa.

The mangonada is just a frozen cup. The mango ice cream is made out of milk. I don't think they have any water based ice cream. It's a small place with 2 tables where ypu can sit and eat your ice cream but it is pretty enclosed.
