Walnut raisin cream cheese was great! Very delicious however my bagel was extremely hard, dry and chewy. It did not taste fresh…maybe a one off but - employees are super nice and efficient!

As a New Yorker, wasn't expecting New York level bagels, despite the loose NYC theme of the restaurant. I think places shouldn't bother setting themselves up for that and just be what they are: a decent bagel for Chandler, AZ.
And that's what it was. A decent bagel, but nothing close to New York. The bagel was very light and airy, not dense and chewy like a New York bagel. Got a sandwich (forgot which one) that had egg and sausage. It was good, not great.
Friendly service, comfortable and clean restaurant. Would return, but not in a hurry to.

Smoked whitefish was great. The black and white cookies taste like the ones from NYC. The chicken salad sandwich was very good. Potato salad was just ok. Pickles were very good. Fast service.

Have been coming here for over 40 years always enjoyed the breakfast special. This time the hash browns were not good and smelled bad. Complained on the spot and got fruit just not what we were coming for. Called and talked to manager that was not very friendly even though I was just trying to tell him the problem he said that he was going to hang up didn't have time to talk to me. So sad about a breakfast spot that our family has grown up with. Hopefully they will make it right as they said and we can give them another chance.
