I had really good experience thanks to Farouk and Chef Will. They were extremely helpful in helping us make our choices becuase we were a bit confused for our first time. Safe to say I left with my stomach full and that Green Tea ice cream is so delicious!
Service at this location was extremely disappointing due to apparent overbooking of reservations. We had a 7:45 PM reservation and waited over an hour to be seated. I spoke directly with the general manager, Marlon Cortez, to address the delay. Unfortunately, he showed no empathy or concern and stated that he has no control over how long guests remain at tables after eating. I also raised concerns that this location routinely overbooks reservations, something employees themselves acknowledged. Instead of addressing the issue, management was dismissive and nonchalant. Mr. Cortez further stated that OpenTable is inaccurate and that he has no control over reservations made through the app, which raises serious concerns about accountability. Reservations should mean something. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time made this a very poor experience.
Unfortunately, service was quite delayed. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, 40 minutes before a server arrived, and another 20 minutes for the chef. On a positive note, the waiter and team were very friendly and genuinely apologetic
It took almost 1 hour to be seated. The service was slow. the meal was alright, not spectacular. Seating was poor. Pole separated the people in our group
This place was a complete disaster! From the check-in, where we had to wait an hour even though we had booked a table in advance, to the food that made my entire family sick!
Unfortunately we didn't get seated until almost an hour after our reservation time - we were a bigger group to be fair, however it seemed they were extremely low staffed and overall pretty disorganized.
Waited for 2hrs and still no chef showed up to cook the meals! After 2 hrs or waiting, with no sign of any chef or food at our table, walked out as my toddler needed to be fed. First experience and will never go back
My kids love Benihana. Unfortunately, the past two visits, it's taken a full hour from our reserved seating time to be served a bowl of soup. In total, each meal has taken ~2 hours, inclusive of kids' dessert. Our server made a few errors in copying down orders, and each correction (missing bowl of rice, modification of order, drink refills), took 15 minutes. The manager came over to ask if everything was all right, and when I mentioned a missing bowl of rice, she kept insisting, “You want another bowl of rice?” Our chef was amazing, talented, and attentive. The managerial side of the house has made our past two experiences excruciating.
We were sat 45 minutes after our reservation. Got our drinks 30 minutes after that. After another 35 minutes the chef came to *start* cooking our food. Manager was dismissive when we complained, basically shrugged and said that's how it goes.
Seated an hour after reservation . Waiter forgot drinks, soups and request causing him to make several trips back and forth. Still not getting the orders correct. Cook gave no rice to half the table due to waiter error. Forget to acknowledge all 3 birthdays at the table, no song or ice cream. Passed out wrong bills for a different table. Disaster all around!

I've been coming to this Benihana for years. Yesterday's experience was horrible. We had a 5:30pm reservation. We were not seated until 6:30. The place was extremely crowded and multiple servers and chefs were out. Once we were seated, it took another 45 minutes to get a chef. Once our chef came, he was soooo slow and he performed no "tricks" at all. He probably felt the vibe of the table, but he didn't even try to lighten the mood. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and attention to the patrons. I get that it can be a challenge when people call out, but there should have been something in place to keep the customers happy. Not only that, but the management knew that people were waiting to be seated and served, and nothing was said or addressed. Terrible experience overall.
Overall dinner service was great, but our server was definitely overwhelmed and could not keep up with her tables. We had to go over to other servers to get assistance and even drink orders, then when she would come to the table was rushing us. So not the best experience especially when celebrating a birthday.
My husband and I went on a date night on Thursday 1/15/26. We enjoyed the service at Benihana. We were seated immediately, we went at 4pm so there was no one else there,, which we enjoyed. It seems as if all the staff welcomed us. The manager gave us a gift and told us the meaning behind it. The staff took pictures of us and completely made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The drinks were amazing. We had Watermelon Margaritas, the food was delicious and the Chef was very entertaining.
We missed the Chef's traditional entertaining fire show because we ordered the Power Lunch. The menu & food was good. Our chef & server were great! Your Power Lunch is a wonderful idea to help customers on a limited lunch schedule. This is my favorite Benihana's.
I had an incredible experience at Benihana, and I can't say enough about the team! Erika was absolutely inundated with customers, yet she stayed calm, professional, and made it a point to attend to everyone as quickly as possible. Managing both Benihana's internal reservation system and OpenTable bookings can create a hectic environment, but Erika has clearly mastered balancing the two with grace and efficiency. I also had the chance to speak with the manager, Jaime, who, despite the busy restaurant, gave us his full attention as if the restaurant were nearly empty. A huge shoutout to our cook Israel; not all Benihana cooks are created equal, and the meal he prepared was absolutely delicious. Johannes also deserves praise for taking our order, keeping everything running smoothly, and handling the endless coupons like a champ. To Erika, Jaime, Israel, and Johannes: thank you for making our visit such a memorable and enjoyable experience. In a world where so much service feels automated or impersonal, your attentiveness and care were genuinely refreshing. It's clear you all genuinely care about your guests, and it makes all the difference! This night looked like a Chuck E. cheese so the ambiance was a 3/5 for me
