We had a great time. The manager JAIME was amazing. Accommodating and friendly. Came over to our table and made sure we were doing ok. We also had a great server Dib. Very attentive. Great service and the food was delicious.

Atrocious experience. We were an hour into dinner and still did not have water, had not ordered, and didn't see our chef until almost the second hour. Staff didn't care and were overworked.

L O V V V V V V E Benihana. Unfortunately, in today's labor atmosphere, good help is hard to find. Actually, any kind of help is hard to find, and Benihana is a victim. Everybody there is trying their hardest to give the best service possible. That was obvious. Everyone there is very cordial. But after almost an hour at the table all that we had received was the salad/soup. Our previous visit two months ago was about the same. That time they gave the whole table free appetizers...
