I’m a total pho snob and this place exceeds expectations. Excellent Pho Tai. Also, the Shaken Beef is delicious — tender, well marinated, perfectly cooked. Hip atmosphere with folks inside sitting on a large community table. Well done.

Ive been to Blossom several times now, and every time the food was delicious. The spring rolls are my favorite in the city, and the Chicken Pho (Pho Ga) is very yummy.
Inside seating is comunal, and there are tables outside with heat lamplight.
The last time I went in, the service was surprisingly not great. They were clearly very busy, but the waitress staff made no attempt to acknowledge us, and we had to flag them down for everything. This had never happened...
