I was a bit frustrated after my visit. The brown sugar drink wasn't very good. It seemed like there was no attempt to melt the sugar, plus there were bits of something at the bottom of the drink besides the boba and sugar. Tea leaves, maybe. My other drink had lots of ice when it was supposed to be no ice.There's seating for maybe a group of 3 people.
We were staying at the Le Meridien and wanted an easy lunch. We saw this as available to order for pick up through GrubHub and the food would be ready fast so we chose this. Got chicken, bao, pork dumplings and a boba coffee and tea. The order was ready to pick up at the 15 minutes Mark and we went to pick it up. When you look at it from the outside you don't expect it to be great.

This is by far the best boba place in LA and Ventura counties. They brew fresh teas whereas many other places use powders. And the boba is always made properly. Boba Lab also has larger sizes than any other place.
