El Pollo Loco is a popular Mexican-style restaurant known for its fresh, tender chicken and tasty sides. Customers praise the clean, well-maintained locations, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. The rice, beans, and salsas are consistently fresh and flavorful, making it a great option for a healthy, affordable meal in the area.
The restaurant offers a unique dining experience, with some locations having a different setup than the typical drive-through option. The Santa Monica location, for instance, only provides dine-in and takeout services, with limited parking available. However, this particular restaurant has ample space for families and groups to gather and enjoy their meals.
Customers have highlighted the new stuffed quesadillas and various promotions available at this location, as well as the restaurant's wheelchair accessibility. The staff, led by the talented Chef Sandra, has consistently delivered well-cooked and presented meals, making it a go-to choice for events like the Annual Beach Party in Santa Monica, where the restaurant provided a satisfying 5 * 48 piece 3 Course Meal for 130 students and staff.
