"Burger King: have it your way!" Three times I ordered from this location asking for a slice of cheese on my burger that I pre-paid for online. No cheese was on my burger, and they ALWAYS drown the entire burger in mayonnaise to the point of it being all you taste. I specifically say "NO MAYONNAISE" but everytime they ignore. The food is never fresh either. You can immediately tell on the very first bite.

Bathroom was out of service and when I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the three employees there had no idea how to work the POS. I was on my lunch break and only had 30 mins so they took up about 17 mins of my time so I walked out without my refund/ food to go look for another place to use the bathroom.

They told me to cancel it on the app, but there is no option to cancel on the app. Tried to talk to a customer service bot and there was also no option to cancel. Now I have to call a person on the phone to get my $$ back for food I never got (but did pay for). So mad

Warm and tasty food, however upon ordering from the kiosk, I finally noticed, after trying literally 3 times, that you could not complete your order and print out your receipt to pay at the front with cash (like McDonald's kiosks). You literally had to use a credit card or some kind of tap to pay, and there was absolutely no way to pay cash and order from the kiosk in one transaction. Other than that, everything was all good.....thanks!

The food was great! Tasted amazing. Got 2 Whopper Jr’s that they were able to cut in half for under $6.00. Super convenient and great price.
Parking: Tons of spots, including handicapped
Kid-friendliness: Kid’s meals available here, but not a play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots, handicapped crossing to building, handicapped ramps to the building

First time coming to this location, just came out the drive thru with a whopper burger meal before heading to school. Started eating it to see an ant crawling on my burger.
I went in as I used to do to get some french fries with the app. of course a good Whopper Junior combo goes right along with that. I've become to like the Whopper duos. that particular evening that I was there it was rather calm and ⁰ quiet.

Never able to catch breakfast as it's a Sharp 10:30a.m. shut off . Even on Holiday where as all other fast food restaurants have 11a.m. weekends & holidays. A shame that this only leaves Jack in the Box which offers breakfast 24hrs daily.. Carl's Jr comes in first for breakfast & Burger King a close second. You can be in there door at 10:40a.m. but if you get to the counter at 10:28 , they'll still reject you, even after 3 decades of being a continued patron.Nothing for those that work graveyard or vacationers who wish to roll out of bed.
