The burgers are creative here but did not taste that good. The fries were like chips except they were thicker and not crispy. We did not had a good experience here.

Nolan and his staff know how to make you feel welcomed and ensure you are absolutely satisfied before you leave his establishment. Customer Service goes along way in my book and you combine that with great food and you have a winner. Absolutely the Best Burger I've ever eaten!! Everything on the menu looks absolutely amazing! Nolan as well as other workers where very polite and helpful when trying to decide what to eat first! My family and I have a new favorite place to eat.. plenty of healthy menu options makes this place even more appealing.. Chicken wings put everyplace else I've tried to shame too... I know where I'll be watching the super bowl!

My favorite place to eat a burger. I get The Duo Combo, lamb burger with the BurgerIM fries with cajun seasoning or the sweet potato fries. Then i follow that up with the best wings in town. Before I leave....the cookies and cream shake for the win! Everything I've ordered has been fresh and taste great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My family and friends love this place too. I highly suggest you give this place a try. I'm sure you'll be hooked.

Do not order the fries here. They are not traditionally shaped like at any other burger place. They are shaped like discs. They are very soggy and not crispy at all. Super unpleasant experience eating these.

Worst service ever. Had my order served 2 times in a raw with mistakes !!! When is asked the kitchen employee for explanation he told me to leave. NO MANAGER in duty. Only 2 employees with 10 customers. Rude employees made me upset and the food was horrible..

I enjoyed the burger that I had today. I was walking through the promenade when hunger struck! I was right in front of Burgerim so I went in. Within 8 minutes I had a pretty good burger with lettuce and pickles. The service was very nice and I like that they bring the burger to your table. There are so many options here, so there's something for everyone! There is an Impossible burger too for those looking for a meatless option!

Awful! The "Angus Beef" burger was dried-out and chewy, and the fries (similar in appearance to home-made potato chips) were chewy and tasteless. Oh, and everything was served room temperature. They even put cheese on the burger, when I asked them not to (and the receipt reflected that!) Overall, definitely one to avoid!

My first visit. Ordered the original burger. Taste was pretty good, but the meat patty was very dense. The texture was strange too. It was almost as if the patty was pre-formed by a machine. I wouldn't be surprised if it was frozen too - it had the consistency of frozen meat. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Nearby Hiho Burger or Burger Lounge are way better. I won't be returning.

What a truly disappointing experience. For a $20 meal, I was expecting something to at least be as good as Habit In-N-Out. I came in from out of town, so I was pretty hungry. What I got was a disappointing, cold, overcooked burger that made me want a refund. There were three people working on a Saturday night, the wait took entirely too long, especially with my salad coming 15 minutes after my cold burger. I don't usually post reviews, and most I've posted have been positive. The keto burger I got was offered with fries and a soda, which would have defeated the point of a low-carb offering. I don't know what else to say other than I was utterly disappointed by the entire experience. Maybe I caught them on a bad night. This was simply a terrible meal in every sense. I'd love to see the restaurant do a make-good; for now, all I can say is it was simply awful.

Such an amazing place. I went on Sunday for lunch time with my friend. It was incredibly easy to find parking, just on the street next to the promenade. Check the signs cause it can be tricky, anyway there are so many public parking that find a spot for your car will not be difficult. - I like the location, I love Santa Monica, you can feel the ocean breeze and is always a good place to hang out. - you have a lot of shops around so you can walk a little bit if you like to. - the menu was pretty various, you can have many type of burgers, even the uncommon ones. You also have KETO OPTIONS and Protein style (lettuce wrap instead of the bun); You can even create your own one, pick a type of bun a type of patty and add some veggie or whatever you prefer; I have seen there is a Lamb option which I have never seen before; Drink menu is huge many different type I didn't try any cocktail but there were many of them and also beers and wines; (which it never happened before to see so many options for a Burger place ); - there are salads also and different type of combo for groups; - we were two so we went straight to the point and pick both of us a combo and a milkshake; - I have taken the "DRY AGED BEEF" with BURGERIM FRIES and a wonderful "Cookies and cream milkshake"; (I mean come on it was Sunday I was allowed to ate) I loved it, the burger was delicious and all perfect cooked and exactly how I like it, the bun was soft but toasted and crisp, bacon crispy and yummy, beef very good inside the burgers there is also a crispy onion ring which was absolutely delicious ; my vote for this is 10; FRIES - vote 9 - love the fries and they were round instead of the normal shape, fried at the right point, just missing a little bit of salt that I have add later - definitely way much better than in&out fries( that I don't like cause they get immediately cold) ; the only note I can tell so far is I wish The portion was bigger ; Milkshake- 10+++ it was unreal ! My friend took " SPANISH BEEF WITH LETTUCE WRAP " and SWEET POTATOES - Same milkshake as mine; I have tried the sweet potatoes and they were delicious; The service is very good, fast and kind; I really like this place and I really can't wait to come back to try something new;

Finally got the chance to try this burger place! The staff was very welcoming and helpful in helping me with my order. The food was prepared very quick and fresh. I got the 1/3 lb burger with angus beef. It was delicious and affordable!! I loved their sweet potato fries. Definitely will be back!
