Below average food and below average service. They don’t keep the tables clean and expect the customers to clean the tables and pick up their food. Not sure it is worth the expected tip.

Worst service and quality of coffee and ice cream very disappointed very expensive not dog friendly asked for cup of water they charged me with open bottle of aqua panna , I asked where’s can I throw my empty coffee cup they told me go there find “basura”

Latte was perfect. The pastry I ordered was over heated in a microwave so the edges were way too tough, but I will be back because service was good and pastries looked delicious. Think I just ordered the wrong thing

The rushed attitude the lady and young girl approached me with was poor.The large coffee was almost cold and they looked at me in disbelief.When she gave the 2nd it was hot but tasteless with no milk.They began to laugh and talk in Spanish unkindly as I know Spanish!This left me with a bad taste in my mouth!!!

Hot coffee was cold and weak. They are clueless with hot coffee. Very unfriendly. Totally not Italian in any way. Fake. Coffee Bean get it right. I only go to Coffee Bean in Santa Monica from now on.

Nothing crazy. Simply a very nice and convenient place to sit with fast service and a yummy drink, which is all I want. I got the Nutella frappe which was really good, and several people around me got gelato that looked great as well. It’s right by a wetzel pretzel and other shopping so very convenient place to sit down and plenty of chairs.

I absolutely loved the vibes here. I ordered gelato here which was solid, but nothing special. 3/5 for the food and 5/5 for the atmosphere.
