Rating this one star because I stood at the register for 5 minutes straight with employees making eye contact with me & NO ONE took my order. I had to ask if this was a "mobile order only" location & the employee just continued doing what they were doing & said "if you want" ????? No type of customer service skills..

Anjelera worst customer service ever Only take good care of people that spoke Spanish Before I ever order I asked the cashier can I order and use the restroom he said yes and as soon as I order the manager Anjelera came out and said u won’t be able to cuz we are not open till 8 I said I wait and she said we let u know if we even be able to open I said your employee told me is ok she said no u can’t we will see Worst customer service ever Never ever will eat here

They are becoming the worst Carl's Jr. ever. The chicken tender pieces were extremely small compared to those at other Carl's Jr. locations. The El Diablo fries were super cold. When I asked about the small chicken tender pieces, the employee told me, "Sometimes the company sends them like this." Also, there were a lot of homeless individuals in the restaurant, if you want to know about the atmosphere.

Encountered the most rude drive thru attendant today. She was short and did not help answer any of the questions I had. I do not frequent fast food restaurants and wanted to try the chicken wrap.
Ended up not getting any food because the attendant was so rude.

If you download the app they have offers and deals, or so they say. I downloaded the app and brought the QR code that was generated by their very own app to be scanned and just because their computer system didn't seem to pick up the QR code that their own app generated, they did not honor the offer that brought me in there in the first place.

It took 15 minutes to get my drive through order. Finally went inside the restaurant and saw a very dirty kitchen with food and garbage on the floor. I will not be eating here again

Always loved a Carl's Jr. burger more than most other fast food burgers.
I've only ever done drive thru at this location but the experience has always been straight forward with very little hassle. Order is never wrong and always hot. They're usually pretty quick too so it's really convenient.
The manager Ana is very rude and a scammer my card got declined 3 times then after I leave, my card is charged when I returned shortly after I was met with hostility and rudeness

It’s clean but the service sucks
There’s 5 people working and they can’t seem to get orders out they just seemed overwhelmed
Don’t ask for fine in or to go if you not gunna bring the food out to the tables
Fries are old and warm not even hot
Order at 337pm did get my food till 4pm … if I’m waiting for half an hour on fast food it isn’t fast especially when people before me and after get there orders
