They did not put the meat on my
bowl and charged me for it
Absolutely terrible . First they put my guac all in the end and when I asked for a remake the woman manager with the arm tattoos gave attitude. Second burrito was half the size so I asked for a refund and she began arguing with me. I had to say “stop arguing with me please and give me a refund” never come here if you want good service and regular portions apparently they ration here. Worst experience ever.
Maybe the smallest serving portion i’ve ever gotten. I’m baffled lmao.
Big thanks to the restaurant for feeding me for free today, after the portion I ordered through the mobile app turned out to be more suitable for a small child. Naturally, I requested a refund due to this. Thank you for the complimentary meal, though I wish the service had met expectations in the first place.

Great quality and generous portion sizes! The bowl I ordered was gnarly I went for the new Brisket and the meat was cooked to perfection, the sour cream made a nice addition as well! 10/10 loved it
Ordering food online with chipotle might be the worst experience known to mankind. The fact that you can’t reach anyone at the restaurant to make a slight change to an order is unbelievable..

Clean, friendly staff, food was good and fresh. Ice maker was broken but staff had ice in back and was kind about getting it for customers.
Worst place ever. The employees are very rude. The cashier was very rude also. When I asked one of the employees to give me the cashiers name they said Frankee. I’m not sure if they gave me a fake name or something. Food was very delicious. And when I asked for the general manager they told me that she wasn’t here at this moment. The general manager name is Ivette. I found out what her name was. Don’t recommend this place if you are very picky of how they treat you. Food is awesome
Slowest chipotle
On December 6th around 5:45 pm on Friday 6th. They had run out of chicken, steak and water cups. I like this spot. But get it together. Customers were really surprised, by the lack of chicken and steak.
