this was the worst service ever, asked for 2 portions of meat they gave me 4 pieces 2 chicken and beef for $17 don't come here

Coming to this Chipotle is always disappointing. The last time I was here, they ran out of lettuce of all things. They are very slow about refilling ingredients so oftentimes they will scrape the bottom of the metal basket for your meal and then shrug when you ask for more. This happened to me with rice, which should be the bulk of the meal? Also, the employees always seem like they would rather be doing anything else and that they do not give a single crap about you. It reflects very poorly on whoever runs the place. I gave this location three tries and I will never be coming back. PSA the one in Brentwood is much better for those on the west side.

Staff is friendly and keep stuff fresh/hot. Zero sense of urgency...like 1 or 2 at a time start to finish while 3 others guys look busy but do not work the line or register. Just a training/supervisor fix. Otherwise, we will continue to visit. Place is always a mess.

Service was extremely slow. Ordered a pickup order from Uber Eats. Uber said order may be ready. Get here and wait for 40+ minutes to get an order of 2 bowls. What a waste of time!

On line order for pickup get home no extra guacamole*[ free on avocado day], so my order also came with guacamole but it was a half avocado hard as a rock & disgusting tasting. ¿°\•?

I came in tonight around 9:00pm to get food for my son and me. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The employee working at that time was visibly snappy and had a poor attitude. The line was all the way to the front door, and the way she was preparing food—just carelessly throwing items into the bowls—came off as rude and unprofessional.
The counter area was a mess, and she was rolling burritos directly on that dirty surface. Even worse, she was switching between using the touchscreen register and serving food without changing gloves. That’s a serious hygiene issue.
This kind of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Word of advice. If you’re a 5’2” female working at chipotle..don’t give a guy who is a foot taller and 60 pounds heavier the same amount of food that you would personally eat. The weight of the bowl felt like it was nearly empty when I took it out the bag and maybe filled half the space. We’re paying money here! We don’t all eat like birds

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Location!
This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The place was dirty and disorganized, and there was obvious cross-contamination between the meats and other ingredients. The guac was brown and clearly not fresh. They were completely out of beans, and the guy behind the counter was just stirring some murky water where the beans should’ve been. When I asked if I could wait for the next batch, he shrugged like he couldn’t care less.
The staff looked completely drained—like zombies from Hadestown. Not a single smile, no energy, just going through the motions. I brought out-of-town visitors here and was honestly embarrassed.
Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or dignity. Zero stars if I could. Chipotle should really step in and fix this mess.

Absolutely terrible . First they put my guac all in the end and when I asked for a remake the woman manager with the arm tattoos gave attitude. Second burrito was half the size so I asked for a refund and she began arguing with me. I had to say “stop arguing with me please and give me a refund” never come here if you want good service and regular portions apparently they ration here. Worst experience ever.
Maybe the smallest serving portion i’ve ever gotten. I’m baffled lmao.
Big thanks to the restaurant for feeding me for free today, after the portion I ordered through the mobile app turned out to be more suitable for a small child. Naturally, I requested a refund due to this. Thank you for the complimentary meal, though I wish the service had met expectations in the first place.
