The sea bass, halibut, and kampachi are highly recommended, along with the grilled prawns with green melon and percebes. The chef lets the ingredients speak for themselves, using the highest quality and sustainable fish. The crudo trio is amazing, with the bluefin with grated tomato and basil a star. The ceviches, especially kanpachi and yellowtail, are spot on, and the melon salad is a standout, perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere is delightful, making it a great place to share and try a variety of dishes. The tasting menu is spectacular and well-priced.
