The food is so tasty, the team is very professional and knowledgeable, it's very light fully organic flavored seafood , the atmosphere in the restaurant so simple yet very classy and cozy, definitely will eat there every time I visit LA.
I recently visited Crudo e Nudo and was really impressed by the freshness of the fish — it truly melted in my mouth. Every dish felt intentional, clean, and vibrant, though a few could’ve used just a touch more salt in my opinion. The organic wine selection was also a highlight — bright, balanced, and paired beautifully with the seafood.

Crudo e Nudo change their menu constantly based on what has been freshly caught. That dedicated to sourcing food based on seasonality is evident in their fresh and flavorful dishes.
Everything from the sauces, to the broths, to the quality and flavour of the fish, is truly remarkable. I literally polished off each of my plates. Even the shishito peppers blew me away!
