Tasty and very large burger

Our first time visiting a fatburger restaurant. Very tasty food, great value for an amazing meal.

We stopped in and had a barbecue chicken burger. It was delicious. There was plenty of barbecue sauce on the chicken and it was moist and a quite meaty which made the burger delicious. Buffalo's has a wide assortment of chicken wings both boneless and the traditional. They have plenty of sauces and it was a real treat to experience the variety.

I have a wheat allergy + am vegetarian so I got the Impossible burger on the gluten free bun. It was sooooo delicious and affordable! Only like a 1.79 upcharge for the gf bun which is definitely cheaper than most places.

The staff was super kind too, I got helped by Luis (according to my receipt so I think it's him!) and he was great! I was having a bad day and this improved it for sure

Came in requested gluten free bun for 3 burgers. They did not follow instructions and still put it on regular bun. I have celiac and I don't feed it to my nieces because of how severe it is with me ordered 3 burgers and the manager Luis picks up with a heavy accent get rude refuses to give the corporate number and then hangs up because I was having a hard time understanding him. He kept cutting me off and over speaking me instead of fixing the issue he chose to not even acknowledge the mistake.

Took a long time to get your food atmosphere is horrible. Lots of homeless people, workers are just not mean but watching their backs all the time. So a little bit aggressive

I, an uber driver, came to pick up an order and asked to be allowed to use the toilet, but they told me that the toilet is only for customers. I think it was inhuman. I'm not homeless. I'm an uber driver. I don't have a car or a toilet. You have to let me in.
