Was picking up an order just a burrito which was ordered 30 minutes prior and when I went in to pickup they didn't even look at the order name or anything asked me to sitdown and wait. I waited all least 20 minutes and asked them about my order they totally ignored me and going on with their works. Kinda disrespectful I guess. Never ordering again

Loved their food, service and ambience! They always make it fun for birthdays and it looks like a fun place to eat on weekends too! They have a great happy hour and new dinner menu! I had the grain bowl and it was great!

Really disappointing experience after loving the original Brus Wiffle. We had three people for lunch, placed our orders. After 30 minutes our food came out— one order (cheeseburger) was wrong and the two Nashville chicken sandwiches were still ice cold in the middle. We flagged down our server to tell them the chicken isn’t cooked through and cheese burger was missing cheese and onions, and she said a quick sorry then rushed the plates away without an opportunity for a conversation. The cheeseburger came back still missing onions. We had to leave to get back to work and still hadn’t had anyone talk to us about what was going on. We went searching for our server, asked to cancel the sandwiches since we had to leave, they took the two sandwiches off the bill but still charged full price for the burger with *AN AUTOMATIC 20% TIP*, said “My apologies” then turned and walked away from us... As I left, the server ran into me from behind with dirty plates then continued to push around me because I was apparently in her way… terrible service and dangerous food handling.

Horribly slow service. Was told to wait two more minutes for a half an hour. When I asked staff what the holdup was they said they couldn’t do anything about it. 👎
I enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The matcha was delicious, and I enjoyed the quesadilla as well.

Really good food and service! I had the Nashville hot chicken and waffle, the salmon avocado toast, and a cucumber mint lemonade. Everything was very delicious. I definitely want to come back to try more dishes. If it's nice out, ask to sit out back. They have a really nice/cool outdoor section behind the restaurant.

Used to be a fan of this place but it has become one of the worst tasting breakfast in Santa Monica. They only give 1 egg with the bowl. When asked for extra egg, they simply forgot and brought it nearly at the end. The staff is just workers and lack management. Would never return and I’m a local to the area.
