Really good food and service! I had the Nashville hot chicken and waffle, the salmon avocado toast, and a cucumber mint lemonade. Everything was very delicious. I definitely want to come back to try more dishes. If it's nice out, ask to sit out back. They have a really nice/cool outdoor section behind the restaurant.

The Flapjack Diner in Santa Monica is a hidden gem! They have the cutest diner atmosphere and the food pancake menu is just pancrazy delicious. This morning I went in to grab a quick cup of coffee before heading out on a walk and they didn't have tap. I was about to leave when someone came running out, offering to give me the coffee for free, just so I'd come back again. I really appreciated that kind of old-school hospitality. It really made my day! Thank you flapjax...

This is one of the best places for brunch, hands down! We LOVE the apple strudel pancakes! They also have a delicious assortment of drinks in case you're in the mood for variety with your meal. Just found out about it like 3 weeks ago, we were drawn in by the colorful menu boards when an older couple told us that this was one of their favorite restaurants. I didn't really need convincing because the options were pulling me in but after our first visit we understood why...
