Very busy and now I know why. Greeted by the owners son who takes pride in the family owned restaurant. The atmosphere was bright and electric with people having a great time dining out. Clean! I had stuffed shells in a cilantro sauce. Great job! Plenty of bread to go around, good drinks. Thankful for a positive night I'm Santa Monica. Will return.
This was my first time here! Food was excellent. The service was fast.! Nice location definitely worth visiting again! Natalie friendly and quick with my requests!
The pasta tastes really good. There is an option where you can make your own pasta order by choosing all ingredients.
Service was great and food was delicious. The outside pics I see here seem to be from the old location. Several people recommended this place and it did not disappoint-yum. Large portions and a lot of flavor. Only minus would be ladies bathroom, it was pretty torn up literally. Will definitely be back. Lots of vegetarian options too. Was too hungry to take a pic of my pasta but posting my boyfriend’s here.
Update in June 2025:
Went with a group of friends and everyone loved the food. We had calamari, one had gluten and dairy free pasta, I built my own vegetarian pasta with arabiatto sauce which I was told had lots of garlic and was chunky, but was kinda spicy and no sauce pooling on the plate, and the Tiramisu dessert was huge too, baby size was enough to share. Only one of us was able to finish their plate and the rest of us had the rest to go. Oh the lemon bar dessert was delishious too.
The thought of sitting outside seemed out of the question since it was a chilly night, but with the heaters we were fine. Waitress wasn’t the greatest, maybe because she knew tip was guaranteed because if the size of our group.
Pastas were around $20 maybe less for each.
I really enjoy the relaxed and casual environment. Tasty pasta at affordable prices. Generous portions. Great for large parties and families. I've tried a few of their dishes with my favorites being the short rib ravioli and garlic shrimp linguine. My husband really enjoyed the gnocchi which was very soft and chewy.
Went for dinner here and the food and staff were awesome and so kind! They really went above and beyond!

Very unique house made flavored pasta. The sauces complimented very nicely with their toppings. Would love to try their appetizers next time. Very crunchy complimentary bread for those who like it!

We wanted a yummy plate of pasta and this restaurant really delivered. I got the fettuccine bolognese and my husband got the ravioli with cilantro cream sauce and we were quite pleased. The y bring bread automatically which is perfect for mopping up the lovely sauce on the pasta. I really like how you can chose the exact pasta and whatever sauce you want. They have an extensive selection of pasta and sauce to choose from so everyone can find what they want. You can also have vegetables instead of pasta to keep it healthy and/or vegetarian. There are gluten free options as well. We also had a lovely salad to accompany our pastas. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone. Yummy!

I liked the fritto misto. It was delicious, however a bit too fried for my taste or someone who’s conscious about their diet.

Should have known by the very normal bread and the hard refrigerated prepackaged butter that won’t spread (also wasn’t given oil for the bread off the bat unlike other tables). Being avid pasta lovers and living in the area, smelling Fritto Misto we assumed it had to be good. Well we had “their best dish”, the Carnivoro, and it was well under seasoned with the meat itself overcooked. The smell outside must be them just constantly over cooking meat I guess. Waitress even stated that it’d taste better if I add Parmesan. Huge disappointment and was just eating the dish to hope the next bite would taste better. It didn’t. My wife got the chicken cilantro ravioli and it was cold and the ravioli could have been cooked slightly more. We didn’t even want to try dessert after this experience. Best to say we won’t be coming back or recommending. You’ll have better luck eating Italian going towards promenade if you’re in the area.

The pasta is very fragrant, the shrimp tastes good too, and there are a lot of them.
