H&H Bagels in Palm Desert is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in the friendly staff greets you with a welcoming atmosphere and fresh, delicious bagels that have perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The quality is outstanding and the staff is attentive, efficient and makes you feel like a valued customer. Breakfast, lunch or a quick bite is consistently great and the menu is pretty large with classic options. The Lox bagel, the Avocado, Egg, & Cheese, the Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Bagel and the Blueberry Bagel with the Cookie Cream Cheese are fresh and very good. The coffee is delicious and the bagel is nutritious. Prices are amazing and portions are large. The staff is friendly and the service is exceptional, although the ordering system can be a bit clunky and disorganized, with the register at the other end of the counter and a repeat of the order. Parking can be a bit tricky but there are many tables inside to sit down and eat or you can get everything to go. Overall the experience is good and many customers plan to be back again.
