This place is just mediocre. Staff was not overly friendly, service was a little slow. Food is just ok, you have to ask for olive oil for the bread which they did not offer up. 3 stars is being generous.

Food was great and while I did not order the spaghetti and meatballs, I got to taste them and the meatballs were phenomenal.
Unfortunately, our server paid little to no attention to us, including giving us the wrong bill for another table.

Italian restaurant in Santa Monica. A local friend took me. When I thought of American Italians, I had a strong image of pizza, but this restaurant serves authentic Italian food. The appetizer carpaccio, main pasta and dolce were all delicious. The atmosphere on the terrace is also great.
