Our dinner for two at Impasta was disappointing. We waited 36 minutes for our meals, which ended up costing $86 despite starting at $12. My plate was missing salmon, and my husband's shrimp dish had only four shrimp despite costing $6. Even though we ordered two brownies and two sodas, the bill was still unexpectedly high. The food didn't taste that good, especially the squash noodles, which were undercooked. Despite these issues, the staff were super nice and polite. While they refunded the salmon and gave us pizza slices, it didn't make up for the deceptive pricing, dissatisfaction, and subpar food quality.

I'm obsessed with Impasta!! It has totally changed the way I feel about going out to eat. Typically I like to make food at home because of the extra calories and ingredients that restaurants include but I love how simple and healthy Impasta's whole menu is. I've been coming here for years but I'm so happy there is a new location in SM that's closer to home. Love the atmosphere for working during the day and going out with friends at night. Can't recommend enough.Dietary restrictions: the whole menu is gluten-free!

Amazing, fresh, healthy food that'll make you feel your best. Amazing location and atmosphere, and of course helpful and friendly staff to help you through every step of the way. I have truly never had a bad experience here, perfect for a casual lunch, intimate dinner, or perfect for picking up and heading to the beach! Overa;l 11/10 you can't go wrong here! Get the spaghetti squash w/ truffe mushroom sauce and add salmon and ricotta, or get the zoodles w any sauce!!

This is the perfect restaurant to come to if you're gluten-free or looking to enjoy your favorite foods in a low calorie form, I especially recommend the pizzas!! The staff always makes me feel so welcome and the place itself has a great vibe with good music and super cute decor. I highly recommend checking them out!

Love this place! Food is delicious and service is great. My favorite dish is the zoodles with four cheese sauce and shrimp for protein. It's definitely fresh and worth the wait.

$30: Heart of palm with pomodoro sauce, chicken, and veggies. Fresh and healthy, I ended up adding salt and parm for my taste. It was a little tough to finish up the heart of palm on its own towards the end bc of the tartness. Can't say I'd come back. It was decent and I get that you pay for healthy, but this wasn't 30 dollars worth healthy for me. I gave the amount of tip given for sitting in a restaurant, but I wasn't offered water or anything. Just managing expectations.
Rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled. I've ordered here a few different times as I work nearby so it is super convenient. It just happens to be some of the best pasta I've ever had without the pasta!!! The people there are extremely friendly and helpful each time I come in. But I just can't get over how delicious it is. Every. time.!! The restaurant is also very pretty if you care to dine in.

Pretty interior decor. The food tastes fine (not great or crave-able), but $20 for each entree is ridiculous. There are so many great pasta spots in LA and this is not in the running, will not be coming back. I'm vegetarian so I appreciated the options, but this only caters to someone who is trying to eat super healthy. That being said, I'd rather get a salad with more flavor, variety and just as healthy for the same or less money. Impossible to justify value here. Edit: came back here the next day to say the food wasn't even fine. Was a struggle to keep eating it, would not recommend, even for those looking to eat healthy. Friendly front of house though.
