Unreal service from the team at Rapha Los Angeles. I've been to several clubhouses around the world and this by far has been the best one. The team makes you feel like family the moment you step into the store.I personally enjoyed the layout of the store with the cafe/service/pos in the middle and the products circling around it. Tons of space to park your bikes with seating and water provided should you need it.I noticed many items were in-stock that were not available online....read full review

We came to LA for the week to visit friends and I accidentally booked a bike for the wrong Saturday so there wasn’t a bike for me when I arrived. Mark Alford and the team went out of their way to find me a bike I could ride and spent time adding tires and wheels to it. I am so appreciative that they saved the ride we were doing with friends and that they went above and beyond to make it happen!! Thank you so much Mark and team!! So glad I joined the Rapha club!
