Probably the most pleasant experience I've had shopping, ever. Helpful, polite, and insanely knowledgeable and nice crew.
I rented a bike from the Rapha store in Santa Monica and I was blown away by the service. Dave was truly excellent - super friendly, helpful in giving advice on local routes, and generally made my experience enjoyable. The bike was a Factor Monza and it was a joy to ride - well maintained and performant. The espresso I had in-store was also delicious and had good texture.
We met the one and only MVP Ebbie aka Ebeneezer Scrooge, and he not only helped us get air in my bike tires, he also made the best strawberry Matcha latte ever. He only works on Tuesdays and Saturdays, So don’t get your hopes up if you go in any other day!!!
