Actually this review is about their online service.I would give it a minus 5 if i could.During their sale event i had trouble with their cart. Tried the online chat but its not a real time tool. Emailed their support and included the cart number (per their instruction). Did 3 subsequent follow ups. On their site they mention 2 day response time.More than a full month!!! later I get a response asking me to share the cart content. Are you kidding me? who keeps the content of the cart a full month later? how about you respond within the 2 days per your website? 5 days would have been acceptable too.Guess what happened next? NOTHING. They practically disappeared. They may have good products but why would i want to buy if their support is never there when somebody actually has an issue.Rapha needs to look deep into their processes and communications.also emailed their CEO to bring to his attention but wasnt surprised that i didnt get an answer

Good spot to enjoy a coffee in Santa Monica either before or after your ride. Seating available inside and outside.

I have NEVER had someone be this rude to me in a retail store. After being helped with a salesmen who seemed very overwhelmed and stressed (even though there were only 4 people in store) we were ready to purchase a couple of items. When I asked to see the vest again as my boyfriend wanted to try on again I said and I quote “we are going to buy that” the other employee told me. And I quote “to calm down” “relax” he’s getting it” exactly why do I need to calm down? And regardless of what I said or how I asked. Don’t you EVER tell anyone to calm down, especially a woman. Was I screaming? Did I use profanity? NO. I said I wanted to purchase a VERY expensive item. Now I explained to him firmly not to do that and he tried to argue back rather than apologize. I walked out. Let me also say that another shopper in the store had just finished an argument with this same employee having had a rude exchange with him. Are they joking? DiSGUSTING!!!! I have never been spoken to like that by an employee in a store where I am spending money. As cyclists we purchase a TON of items from Rapha on line because of where we live. After this experience we will NEVER buy Rapha again. I will be contacting management in regards.

Store had a nice layout but the people working there were strangely confrontational and kinda rude

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This spot is a total score! I don’t even want to leave them a review because I want it to be my little secret. The vibe is super chill. I mean, who'd have thought you could sip your coffee in a bike shop? The place oozes character. Now, the coffee – it's the bomb! It's like they're coffee wizards or something. But what's really epic is the customer service. The staff is super friendly and knows their stuff. They'll help you pick your perfect cup and make you feel right at home. This secret coffee spot in the bike store is a hidden gem. Awesome vibes, killer coffee, and a laid-back crew. Five stars and counting – I'll definitely be back for my caffeine fix! ?☕?

Can't tell you anything about the biking gear here but they have a delicious espresso tonic! It does look like it's mostly straight sizes so take that into consideration.

Just spent an hour finding some great bibs and socks. Find Brett when you visit. He's super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Unreal service from the team at Rapha Los Angeles. I've been to several clubhouses around the world and this by far has been the best one. The team makes you feel like family the moment you step into the store.I personally enjoyed the layout of the store with the cafe/service/pos in the middle and the products circling around it. Tons of space to park your bikes with seating and water provided should you need it.I noticed many items were in-stock that were not available online. Ie: Brain Dead x Rapha collab. The cafe items handmade by Ebbie were 10/10 and I suggest you try out the matcha latte!I recommend any cyclist, Rapha fan or not to check this place out. I will visit again anytime I'm in the area! Much love from Toronto.
