Terrible. Not only did they forget to make my smoothie, which I initially didn't mind waiting but they gave me my turkey breakfast sandwich completely burnt. I should've checked it before I left and I would go back but I'm on my lunch break and now I have nothing to eat. I'm appalled that they'd give something this burnt to someone and think that's acceptable. Also, the girl who made my smoothie didn't have her mask fully on and no gloves. Really really upset and disappointed. Also, there was one person before me and then myself. That's it. It wasn't busy at all. There were 3 employees, nobody was short staffed.

Got the Strawberry Surf Rider and loved it! The people were nice and the drink was made by the time I walked to the pickup counter.

Thumb down. Customer service at this location is a disaster aside of the young girl who was the manager or shift leader. African American guy in his mid twenties at the cashier has no clue of service industry. Reluctant to work with a horrible attitude. Totally downgrading your store.

Covid 19- all employees are wearing masks We took a walk down our neighborhood and decided to stop here to get some juice. You can walk in and grab your drink, but you can't stay inside.The store is clean and people kept distance from each other. Enjoy!

Tried the nutty butter and almond and i was very satisfied with the bowl. Low calories and it filled me up for the rest of the day. I highly recommend it.

This Jamba is ridiculous... I set up a scheduled order for today... just so that last minute... CANCELLED. So i figured... maybe a system glitch since it happens... I work at a restaurant and we use Postmates so I understand. So i attemp a second order. My driver gets there, calls me and asks if I cancelled my order. I said no, my order is still being picked up. So the driver attempts to see whats going on. She tell me that they done have the items I ordered. So i call Jamba myself and ask why was I not notified. They claim they had to call postmates and tell them they don't have the items. They don't have tablets anymore so they cant send a change request directly to me. Which I know is b******* because you need a tablet to receive orders. So I ask well, "since you don't have the items and this other item it the same exact price, and its damn near the same thing, can i please have that made instead?". They said " No, we need the change request from postmates.!" WHAT?? Im calling as a customer asking to change the item for a similar, exact same priced items, and they say NO!! So you mean to tell me... you rather cancel orders and lose the money than to keep the order and make your company profit??? You guys are a joke...

We went in yesterday before closing . The service at the front desk was horrible. I greeted the employee and she just looked at me like I was stupid and she was very rude while I was ordering . I paid with a gift card that still had a balance after I paid and she tried to keep it. I had to ask for it back. She wasn't wearing gloves or a mask. Won't be back to this location.

My first time at Jamba juice and decided to get something green before a walk to Santa Monica pier. This location is conveniently located, However the service left a lot to be desired. We were not greeted when entering nor did any of the workers speak to or acknowledge us at all. Service was slow and the order did not taste very well and was not mixed thoroughly. They were not very busy, so I'm not understanding why so little care was taken with our order. When asked about certain menu items, we were met with unthusiastic responses that did not answer the question. Workers should at the very minimum be familiar with their offerings. I think it was very rude and would not come again based on this. There is a yogurt spot (cannot remember the name) and a coffee location with other offerings that are in walking distance. Go somewhere else.

The service was slow. I got 3 smoothies for me and my family and 2/3 drinks wEre missing flavor and so bad we had to throw them out. I do not recommend this location- very disappointing to spend all that Monday just to throw the drinks away.
