Love JJ and their unwishes sandwiches are the best plus I like how fresh the ingredients are. Never had any issue but people from this location needs to be more friendly, happy, and grateful they got a job lol. Must be a pretty busy spot. My office is no more than a half mile away. Ordered delivery - Took an hour to deliver and still had onions on the sandwich and no napkins in the bag. Sandwich was fine, but I mean, it's a sandwich. Not like it takes a wizard to make a Jimmy John's Sandwich.

Just tried jimmy johns today for the first time and was not impressed. I paid 1.00 extra for cheese on both my sandwiches and they forgot to put it on. The turkey was good but they also lacked in customer service. I was the only one waiting for my food and it took a long time. Not a good lunch spot if you're on your lunch break as it takes a while to get you your food. Sorry, but I will stick to jersey mikes and subway.

Came here on week day evening after a long day of work and working out and Chelsea was great with the customer service and fixed me a The J.J Gargantuan sandwich which was amazing!!! You're awesome Chelsea!!!

I order there almost every work day. The delivery seems to take longer and longer. It has been almost two hours since I've ordered (ordered at 12:08 and it is now 1:42) and still no food. I call the store and they hang up on me the first time (not even on the line for 5 seconds). I call back and ask what is going on with my food and the girl on the phone said "we're busy and have a lot of deliveries at the same time" and says nothing else that it. I could tell she doesn't care. Will not order from here again.

I ordered online for delivery and had the best customer service. I had ordered something that wasn't available and immediately received a call explaining why with an apology. Unfortunately I do not remember the employee's names but they were very helpful and kind. Delivery was fast and the food was tasty.
