Friend and i were visiting santa monica and tried la conde for dinner and the food was very nasty me and my friend got very sick, i had to throw up in the restroom, our waitress was vey nice but unfortunately the food is horrible

Unfortunately, my recent visit to La Conde left much to be desired. The food was stale and tasteless, even something as simple as guacamole fell short. The lack of customers only added to the disappointment, as it seems the charm of La Conde has vanished. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

I used to love this place. My recent experience was unexpected. Our server did her best to make the night better but there were not adequately staffed. Our food took way longer than anticipated; especially since the place was practically empty. Our food came out one plate at a time with gaps of time in between. There were kids running around the establishment. The quality of this place has definitely gone down in my opinion. No intentions on returning for celebrations. Our server did her best to fix the situation.

The service was slow, they forgot we where their. the food was awesome.the atmosphere was beautiful and would recommend for sure

This was our 3rd time here. Service was the worst we've ever had. Waitress was Inattentive and absent. No birthday shots which was main reason why we came. No more Dj, so ambiance was mediocre. This place used to be very exciting, very disappointed.

The atmosphere was fabous. The staff were all great, friendly, and very attentive and professional. The drink presentations were phenomenal. Great time, not too crowded, so service was quick. I recommend this spot to anyone wanting to het away and have a spirited eveni ng.

Came here to celebrate and I was not disappointed. We had fun, servers were great, drinks were fantastic. I loved the make-a-wish drink. Def. Coming back

If you want to get conned, come to La Conde.Gimmicks galore is what you'll find here where all effort is in showmanship, leaving none for quality food. I ordered the enchiladas, which came out cold, tasteless, and felt like they had been thawed from a frozen pack with sauce placed after. The beans looked like hospital food. The "prime" burger, a seemingly safe option, was left with much to be desired.Expect an automatic 20% gratuity fee, as well as a 2% convenience fee; because it's convenient to charge such a thing.La Conde plays the market of those who prioritize a good post to the detriment of everything else.

I came here for my cousin birthday. They serve me raw chicken and didn’t do anything but gave me a free drink. I was so upset. I ask to speak to the manger, he was clueless and he didn’t event know what was going on. Now I’m sick from eating raw chicken. Don’t go here , they finna be shut down after I get through!!!!

None of what I wanted to order for my entree was available. Another person apart of our party had an issue with a that wasn’t available, but the restaurant refused to substitute… Strange. We got here 2 hours after opening & it was dead, so how they weren’t prepared for patrons on a Friday evening is frustrating.

Okay... we were the only ones in the restaurant from 6:30-8:30. But we could not figure out why!? We were a party of 10 and we had a nice time - but where was everyone? Coachella? The servers were nice, the cocktails were yummy and the food was really good (we've had better but it was really good and nice sized portions). BUT why wasn't anyone there? The room & ambience is cool too. Weird.

One star is generous and only for the great, attentive server we had and the aesthetic decor. The food however, was nearly inedible. I ordered the lobster, which was SEVERELY overcooked with absolutely no flavor. My friend order the shrimp, which was also overcooked. The enchiladas were moderate at best, along with the avocado salad (you can't mess up a salad). The meal was a complete waste of $350. I will never return which is a shame since the music was good and our server was nice.

everything was excellent - the menu offered unusual choices, the food was beautifully and inventively prepared. Our server was extraordinary. And, the margarita was the best I have ever had in LA.

The customer doesn’t have his own privacy the tables are stacked like regular fast food it should be moreOfficially and more gently not recommended for people who’s looking for luxury
