Food was mid, service sucked and everything is OVERPRICED. Definitely never coming here again gratuity is added so even if you get shitty service you're supposed to tip 20% just not worth the money in my opinion you can go anywhere else to get better food excellent service for half the price. We went on a Tuesday so it was pretty slow inside not a lot of people and even then our waiters barely came to check up on us. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you want to get conned, come to La Conde. Gimmicks galore is what you'll find here where all effort is in showmanship, leaving none for quality food. I ordered the enchiladas, which came out cold, tasteless, and felt like they had been thawed from a frozen pack with sauce placed after. The beans looked like hospital food. The "prime" burger, a seemingly safe option, was left with much to be desired. Expect an automatic 20% gratuity fee, as well as a 2% convenience fee; because it's convenient to charge such a thing. La Conde plays the market of those who prioritize a good post to the detriment of everything else.

First time at this restaurant. I was dismayed by some of the and reviews, BUT we couldn't have had a better experience. The drinks (margarita) were really top notch, and the food was just terrific. We had two different enchilada plates, and they were both outstanding. The service was polite, informed, quick, and very very good. We will be back.

to start this off , the restaurant vibe is nice , they have a nice presence of everything lighting and all, the food though is not the best at all , very expensive and doesn't taste the best, the steak was cooked a little too much for a medium rare steak and was VERY hard and a little chewy for the price it was , the mac and cheese wasn't all what i was expecting it was very bland , the mashed potatoes were actually very cold and bland as well , the waitress wasn't really as attentive and kept leaving constantly before we can even order , NOW THE MALE MANAGER was the more distasteful manager i've maybe ever encountered , he pulled my friend aside and made her tip the waitress even though the gratuity was already added to bill , he told us we don't have to come back but we are already way ahead of his thoughts , the manager was not nice in anyway , i feel like i got robbed for the price i paid , we got charged for food items we didn't even get which is ridiculous , i don't recommend coming here unless you want to be disappointed in some type of way , extremely overpriced bland food.

Not impressed. Nice decor. However, it took over 30 minutes for birthday shots. The waiter left our food on a sa stand on the middle of the walkway one of our guest handed out our plates. My tacos had a piece of shrimp in it and it was carne asada. I am allergic to shrimp. I could not eat my food. Was not offered anything new and it was not removed from the bill. I had to request for them to be removed from the bill. Very frustrating. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and expected a better experience. We will not go back.

Very load! Good food although portions are very small. Drinks are amazing. This restaurant reminds me of being at Senior Frogs in Mazatlán. Definitely a who's who place. Not a family restaurant mostly people wanting to drink eat and be happy. A big party restaurant.

The best way I can describe it is that this is the Michael Kors bag of restaurants. If that doesn't tell yoh all you need to know then keep reading. The food sucks. The service sucks. (No one was purposefully rude, they just didn't seem to have any idea of what they were doing or why they were there.) The ambience is trying to be fun, but falls flat. I gave it two stars because the food was technically edible, the drinks were Instagrammable, and no one died.

Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences we have had in a long time. Our server was terrible and could not get our order straight after numerous attempts. We were a party of four and were seated at our reservation time. We started with cocktails which were fine. Everything went way downhill from there. The restaurant is very pretty with comfortable, roomy seating. The photographer who was taking pictures galore was so annoying with flashing lights everywhere. We started with the table side Caesar salad. The croutons tasted like cardboard and the salad was very bland. Our server did not even give us plates for the salad. We ordered the shrimp tacos that were drenched in sauce. We also ordered the Conde Shrimp and asked for the Conde Shrimp to be served with dinner, as two of us wanted several appetizers for dinner. Of course the shrimp came out with the salad. We tried to get our server's attention for 15 minutes to have her bring the shrimp with the entrees. Finally, when we did manage to flag her down, she took the shrimp back to the kitchen. When she re-brought it with the entrees, it was ice cold as it was the original shrimp she had brought with the salads. We asked for it to be heated, and finally, on the third round, it was. One of us had the rib-eye and it was a very mediocre steak and over cooked. The lamb chops were fair. For $18, we got three tough asparagus spears wrapped in undercooked bacon which no one ate. Mashed potatoes were also cold and had to be sent back. The best dish was the mushrooms, which is pathetic for a so-called steakhouse. The icing on the cake was the drunk girl in the bathroom yelling obscenities. For close to $400, this place is awful.

I did feel/saw like the servers were a bit rude and to other girls around us as well, it was a guy, and they took forever to come back to our table if we needed any napkins or more drinks so we did leave after an hr. Ambience is nice, they put music and all. They forsure need better and humble staff. I'll go try another location.:)
