Restaurant was busy and had some timing issues. I would love to try this restaurant on another occasion. Food was excellent. Bartender was very sincere and we enjoyed her. May want to take less reservations if you cannot seat the reservations you take for a reserved table. You have good staff and good. Now it is just making the correct service level decisions.

La Puglia is one of our favorite restaurants, but Valentine's Day was crowded, noisy, and ridiculously slow. Our reservation was at 6:45, and we didn't leave until 10:00! Our food came out piecemeal. Two of us had food growing cold while we waited for the rest of us to be served. The waiter brought two wrong dishes. It was so packed, and we were happy to see that, but I think they needed more staff. I'm not a fan of going out on Valentine's Day because I know...

I have been a customer of LA Puglia for a few years. It never disappoints. The attention to detail on their food, and their service is remarkable. In my book it is one of the top Italian restaurants in LA. Especially if you love food and wine from Puglia.
