Rude girls acting indignant that someone is coming in 20 min before close. Already have everything packed up and just looking at their phones.

I like this place but.....
Doe anyone know how to make a cappuccino anymore ?
I was taught it's 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 foam.
Local like most shops makes it ridiculously strong on the espresso and even after asking for only a single shot it still came out way too bitter and strong from too much espresso.
Milk of course was not properly layered so that also effects the overall flavor.
It's disappointing to dream of a truly rich Cappuccino and recieve an extra strong latte. They were however nice enough to give me a side of steamed milk so I could dump half the original drink and balance out the flavor.
$6.00 12oz cappuccino w/whole milk.paper cup not asked or offered cup for here.

The coffee was good - yet nothing special. I liked that they had three different sizes for hot and cold. Plus the service was very good and friendly.

The food was pretty average. I had the Cherry Bomb, a sourdough muffin with cream and cherry filling. It felt too dense and a bit dry - especially when comparing to a similar product from Lodge Bread Company. The Avocado toast was very basic and not worth the $15 (!)

Atmosphere is nice tho.

This is a review only for 2 drinks : dirty chai and iced matcha latte.

I got an iced matcha latte but it was basically green milk; There was no matcha flavor at all.

My husband got a dirty chai. Later I asked how it was and he had forgotten he got a chai bc it wasn’t spicy at all and was too sweet.

Inside was cute w cute items for sell. Pastries looked yummy but we didnt have any.

I ordered the grilled cheese, they found a way to ruin something as simple as that.. it maybe contained 1 full slice of cheese but I doubt it honestly..

I love this place. Their lavender oat milk honey latte is what dreams are made of. The staff are friendly, they have a wide array of options, and the food is always delicious. Their PCH is amazing and always a favorite.

Charming neighborhood coffee shop with a lovely, quiet patio in the back. Had a red-eye and the breakfast platter (vegetarian and gluten-free). Service was friendly and prompt. Recommended.

DO BETTER!Came in this morning for one item that was preordered. Store was not busy. Only one person ahead of me and two people actually sitting in the cafe. 3 girls working behind the counter and one gentleman taking a shot of some sort.I couldn’t understand why they ignored the hell out of me while waiting for my drink and some acknowledgment. It wasn’t until I began making faces of annoyance that the guy actually asked if I was waiting for something. I certainly wasn’t waiting for my heart…..I wonder if the color of my skin had anything to do with that. One can only assume.

I don't know what to say. I come here and tip, I'm patient and I don't ask for special treatment.I ordered an iced cortado. Essentially 1:1 milk to espresso. It's a known drink. A common thing to order. I got a heaping cup of milk. It was a latte. That's fine to be honest but then I bought an extra green juice to be nice and asked for them to remake the cortado. And then I'm made to feel like an idiot for wanting what I ordered. The lady tells me, "if you order a cortado here, that's what you're getting"Ok maybe just tell me there is no such thing as a cortado and I'll order a latte with less milk. I don't really have patience for people that treat meek people poorly. I didn't give any attitude. They gave me attitude, it was unfair.

Nice back patio, tight space inside. Doggos allowed in back, parking easy

A decent cafe serving deli sandwiches. Expensive but not absurd, as one sandwich can probably feed 2 and comes with chips. The atmosphere is alright for a short meal but probably not great to sit and get work done if that’s what you intend. Service was good for sitting down. The sandwiches are really delicious, and they have some specialty coffees. Overall, it’s not hard to find a good specialty coffee shop in west LA, and Lo/Cal pulls its weight but doesn’t excel.
