This place is so cute! The staff is so nice and friendly. It was my first time trying Lo/Cal and they were very patient with me as I ordered. I got a large cold brew with a pump of vanilla. I asked if they have cold foam and a kind employee said he could make me some! Such a delicious drink and a really great experience:) I definitely recommend this coffee shop!

This small but beautiful coffee spot not only serves some of the best coffee, but also offers truly exceptional service. The staff are warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind souls, which really makes this place stand out from other coffee shops. And there is a little area in the back of the shop.
They have a delicious variety of beans, and their cortado is excellent. Every visit feels personal and inviting.

Exceptionally nice, friendly staff (Franco and Louie) and owner: welcomed me and my really energetic dog, even when we broke something by mistake and they barely blinked an eye. Cool, cozy patio to get work done and good chai and strong ice-coffee (came two days in a row, I love a comfortable, dog-friendly place to do some work).

Witnessed a violent assault outside the coffee shop and owner refused to help the victim until the police came. Very disturbing scene.
I came in for a cold brew. $8 plus $0.75 for oat milk and a 3% surcharge to use a credit card. The coffee was very bitter and tasted burnt. I would have felt overcharged even if the coffee was decent but to be served something of such poor quality for exorbitant prices is unforgivable. I will not be returning.

We ordered empanadas pastries and coffee for our son’s birthday party in the park across the street. The staff we corresponded with was super helpful as we worked to arrange the order and even offered us a discount for the large order. They were all very kind and found us in the park to bring the milk we forgot to pick up with the order. The empanadas were SO GOOD! Made our party very easy for food and delicious. Thanks Lo/Cal!

Love this spot. Iced vanilla oatmilk lattes. Their food is delicious! Love their empanadas. The atmosphere is a vibe whether it’s inside, outside in the back or the front of the shop. Tic-Tac-Toe is a must with the kids.
