The best thing here was the ambiance, but the food was below average. Both my husband and father in law ordered the moroccan couscous royal, and they both hated it; they said the spices were off and the meat was dry. My son ordered a margarita pizza and he only ate 2 small pieces; he said it had little flavor. I ordered a quiche and a salad, and the salad was OK, but the quiche was overcooked and dry. Food was amazing; so much flavor. Ambiance was great; not too loud, but good background music. Staff is the most fun. So polite and funny; really makes the meal so much more fun. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!! I've been there for Happy Hour and for Dinner. Oh... and did I mention the desserts? Amazing also. A must go restaurant. If you don't go to Massilia, you are definitely missing out. Oh... and great wine and cocktails too. So much good at this place.
We sat out on the patio for dinner on a busy Friday night. We shared the calamari which was crispy and light. Husband got the clams with Merguez sausage which he loved. I had the green curry soup with bread which was excellent. Our waiter, Jonathan was perfect appearing when he should and disappeared again. Fun evening!
