I placed my order through the app, but it was incomplete; it was missing a burger and fries. The service was terrible. The food was also mixed up in the bag.

A pretty run down MC.
There are always junkies who are high and homeless people in the bar

Sometimes I go to have a snack, a regular McDonald's. There are problems with speed, they take a long time to prepare the order and it's not always clean

Everytime I go there to eat and wanna use restroom there was no problem until recently, recently they are saying excuse of there is someone in, even though bathroom available(restroom for 2 person), and I asked second time after I finished up my meal(after 25 mins) definitely he was having attitude, looks like manager wearing shirt and old Latino guy, when I said “thank you”he was definitely looking me with anger… which annoyed me, which made me text this comment.. it’s such a easy request restroom is humans basic need, I am well looking person I don’t understand this rudeness, I am also working in the service industry and I try my best to make people happy it’s not such an hard thing. He should definitely learn some respect rules.

How could someone who treats customers like this work for such a big brand for years? I don’t get it. He might be good to his employees but as a customer I am not happy for sure.

I don't want to put any employee under bad place, I'm especially talking about the old shirt-wearing man in this comment. Except him it was totally fine.

Got my order wrong, gave me a medium drink when asked for a large and they didn’t fill it up.
Pictured are the receipts showing Both drinks are supposed to be large
There are supposed to be two large drinks one of them actually is large so you can see the difference
Tried calling and they will not answer the phone

Let me preface this by saying I respect efficiency, consistency, and good business. McDonald’s, for the most part, delivers. The fries? Crisp and golden. The burgers? Hot, fresh, and prepared like clockwork. The service? Adequate. No one’s rolling out the red carpet, but they’re polite, and the food shows up fast—no complaints there.

But then there’s him. Mr. Nothing. The immovable object. The monument to human stagnation. I’ve been to this McDonald’s about 30 times, and each time, without fail, there he is. Not ordering, not eating, not even pretending to do something useful. Just sitting there, staring into space like he’s waiting for the world to end—or maybe it already has, and he just didn’t get the memo.

Listen, I’ve been around. I know people. I’ve seen men with a purpose, whether it’s running an empire or staying three steps ahead. This guy? He’s got nothing. No spark, no drive, no ambition. He’s like a ghost of someone who gave up halfway through a thought 20 years ago. And his presence? It’s disruptive. It kills the atmosphere. I come here for a quick meal, not to feel like I’m stepping into the set of some low-budget existential drama.

I don’t know what McDonald’s policy is on loitering, but this guy needs to go. Permanently. It’s bad business letting someone turn your dining area into their personal vacuum of ambition. Clean it up. Serve the food. Let people eat in peace.

And Mr. Nothing, if you’re reading this: get a hobby. Or a job. Or some purpose. Because right now, you’re just a walking cautionary tale, and I didn’t ask for that with my fries.

This location is a solid McDonald’s. The food and service were very good. Given the neighborhood it does attract individuals who have some struggles.

Kid-friendliness: It worked well for my daughter. You need to be mindful of there whereabouts. I don’t suggest visiting bathrooms alone.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It is rivaled by the one deeper into Santa Monica.
I recommend you take your money to a better establishment like Chick-fil-A or Carl's Jr. across the street. McDonald's doesn't care about their customers. Not only have my orders been incorrect, countless times, but the store employees refused to make even minor adjustments.
I don't expect any 5 star service from fast food, But this is somewhat egregious

Saturday November 30th at approximately 4:15pm a socio-economically disadvantaged, under-served, distressed and vulnerable population member who's community continues to experience a state of plight at the hands of people and experiences JUST LIKE THIS, walks in and employees use their senses and anticipation to refuse service. Greeting and acknowledgement was intentionally ignored creating a hostile environment and unsafe community for other dining participants. I've seen over and over building destroyed at the hands of the employee circle using their positions as abstract weapons on the public. There's no way 3 people chose not to step up or even correct one another. This is making our environment unhealthy and dangerous for kids. All females were associated in this atrocious engagement. Who knows what else in the world could be going on in this store.

Neglect is personal, not business. Age, gender and race all played factors here.

(Surprise! It was a black man) Smh

Food was average McDonalds fare. The fries were perfectly salted so you may not want to add any salt before you try a fry. What makes this Mc Donald's stand out is that both the dinning room and drive through are open 24 hrs. There weren't any homeless people sleeping in there either just a few dinners enjoying a late night bite.

This was the worst Mc. Donald's experience I ever had here. I was treated poorly as a guest just because I wanted to use the restroom before using the slow order processing kiosk. When some jerk manager treat you like the same way you treat others, remember it's karma back at you.
