Came here a couple times on drive through. Line were long both times. The first time I was sent to a reserved spot and was told the burger would be brought out when ready. Waited 15 minutes. Nothing happened. Then I walked in to find my burger was made, just not packed. I was surprised to see 6-7 people working in the kitchen, each not knowing what others were doing. My thinking is that this is a badly managed McDonald’s. Not good in customer service!

One of the most disgusting McDs I've even been in. Trash can piled up. Soda / chocolate milk spilled all over the place. No napkins available to customers in front. Homeless sitting all round outside. Dirty shoes prints across the floors. Digital kiosks not working. I didn't even dare to try and use the rest room. Stay away from this one.

3 stars on food, since i was a bit hungry. being in line for 25 minutes for 2 small breakfast burritos and a cup of coffee makes it not so fast food.and where am i supposed to get 'atmosphere' if I'm sitting in my car for 25 minutes?plus, the distracted driver ahead of me kept paying attention to his phone that even the girl at the register had to ask him to move forward.lack of coffee can bring lack of intention, but seriously, be courteous and mindful of others when you have to be reminded a couple of times to move ahead.

??Haters work here?? seems as though they never take a day off. What's up with the blatant attitude and discrimination from the employees I had a regretful experience at this place I felt like I wasn't welcome and service was rushed I don't want to eat any where that doesn't appreciate my visit or me spending my money that I work hard for what I would like to see is someone in a good mood who's happy to take my order and is happy to work there.

The food wasnt fully cooked all the way my big mac was cold in the middle. The staff were alright. Also i get mcdonalds isn't responsible for the homeless problem plaguing our state but i feel something more needs to be done. Got hit up for money twice before entering and the inside there all in there sipping on one coffee. Just not the right place to relax and enjoy a meal

Consistently missing food in order nobody at the cash register employees standing around talking and eating and laughing while 5 ppl are in line waiting to give order homeless taking cups out of the trash asking for refills employee takes cup and fill it instead of using new cup it's like you have to pay to enter homeless at the doors drive thru, this location has consistently been a unprofessional mess for yrs, female manager doesn't use or train staff correctly every place is short staffed you have to work smart starts w management service is below average nobody consistently cleans always a 15-20 min wait in the morning not a cool location.

Made it halfway into the restaurant when I was signal with the cutthroat sign that they were closed so then I get in the drive-through and after 15 minutes of waiting because I had put my order online I find out that the restaurant is closed completely but they did have my order minus the drink so I couldn’t get a refund for the money for the drink so I was offered a water bottle. I don’t know if needmy soda for my big Mac and fries they should have signs up or even the McDonald’s sign off if they’re closed.

The service can be alot better...I always have to go back to counter to ask for napkins or for something .the staff should double check to make everything is in bag even doing rush time or slow time'
