The food here is excellent, but there is one particular staff member that is allergic to being polite, she is always here, always say or does something rude, I'm sure everyone knows who she is, I'm not sure who hurt her, but she needs to be trained to behave and treat customers professionally.
I wish the customer service here was better. They are extremely rude at the front - I come here every few weeks for takeout or dine in and they are always dismissive and ignore a line of people. The waitstaff is usually good once you’re seated, but the host stand treats guests terribly. The food is very good but the experience always leaves a sour taste in my mouth, regardless of if it is very busy or empty.
I happen to love their sushi. Very simple and authentic. However, ordering takeout is not a very smooth process. You wait forever once you’re there (on-time.) They do not allow you inside which I get. People are crowded around waiting to be seated and/or for pickups. There is no one outside to help organize or facilitate which I guess is the main issue. Eventually someone comes out and then takes a while to come back with your order. There is an iPad outside for people to sign...
