Customer service is slow and unresponsive. Restaurant is unbelievably dirty. Dirty tables can go and clean for 1 to 2 hours. Food is decent.

Me and my co-worker had lunch here at Panera Bread, first of all the staff is doing a great job on greeting people but the cashier needs to have a better attitude. She looks out of it as I give my credit card to her to run and she just look at me like " what do you want to me do with this? " But overall the food is okay, very fresh and quick. Harry Irvine
