Will Pizza hut's Pizza Hut but I can tell you this one isn't like one I've ever seen before it's for takeout only folks that means there is like no atmosphere and you just got to counter The pizza is good and there's a park just up a block away where you can eat.
Parking: Pizza Hut has its own parking lot behind the building off 21st Street.
Kid-friendliness: There is no opportunity for kid friendliness
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and double doors to get up to the entrance
The only reason why the atmosphere got a meh rating is because it's not a fancy restaurant and nobody expects that from pizza hut. But let me tell you about this location. I ordered a pizza dual box, but ended up in traffic. The manager realized that I had not been there and called me to let me know my pizza is ready. I told her that I'm in traffic and may not be there for a bit. She said she will remake the order so that it will be fresh when I arrive. I couldn't believe the customer service, I love this place and will only order from here when I'm in Santa Monica. I would give this place a higher rating if possible, but I recommend this place for all pizza hut lovers who want only the best and the best service.

Whoever worked the night crew on Oct 24, 2024 had extremely poor service, especially the female cashier! I ordered the 5 topping 2 Large pizza with the new roasted peppers, and banana peppers. O1riginally when given the pizza was given to me there we're barely any on there, so I asked to get more. After speaking rudely from the beginning told me it was extra, I told her no problem, she gave me a completely frozen container of roasted peppers. I didn't realize it until I got home from 15 mins walking there and back. My order was over $60 for 2 large pizzas supposedly 5 toppings and 2 sides. You guys need way better customer service seriously!!!

The two girls who work here are super nice and chill. This place definitely deserves five stars! I've been here twice so far for late-night pizza and cinnamon sticks, and I absolutely love the food. ?

Love Pizza Hut but will not eat here again until they stop adding a service charge that “covers the costs of being in California”. If you want to cover the costs, put it in the price of the food. Do not try to offset it directly as a separate charge that I am explicitly required to pay, no matter whether I order carry out, dine in, cash , credit etc. Won’t be back until it’s gone
