I was going to Dunkin' donuts for a while but I had seen this place but every time I went to Dunkin' donuts there was always a problem there! Mainly the service and the rudeness of the employees so this past couple weeks ago I went to Dunkin donuts and this was the breaking point for me so I walked out without purchasing anything. Then I was driving to the beach and I saw this place and I said oh my God there is a donut place here and it was my first time so I walked in and I purchased a few donuts and sure enough this is my go-to place from now on! It actually tastes better than Dunkin donuts! The atmosphere is clean not like Dunkin' donuts that if filthy and according to another review there was poop all over the ladies bathroom . But this place was clean and delighting for even take your date. Dunkin is a place of hang outs for ..let's just say no so clean patrons. Santa Monica store is filthy . And frankly I don't want to eat their donuts . Since the employees don't even look clean !

Took nephews there. It's their favourite. The doughnuts looked amazing, but I unfortunately could not have any because of my diet restrictions.

Good luck getting out of there in any reasonable amount of time if the person in front of you orders anything complicated leading to early diabetes. This will take the only visible person 8-15 minutes to make. And you would think that there is certainly someone else somewhere. You’d be right but they don’t communicate to the customers so why would they communicate to each other? This has happened repeatedly for over a year and I am now done with this place. Hopefully they can coach some simple customer service… I mean, if you work there, is this how you expect service at places you shop?

Average donuts. The donut bars were hard and flavorless. Nutella raised donut was fine but didn’t impress. Your average donut.

As someone from the east coast I always have to get doughnuts when I come out west, and Randy’s reaffirmed why. The raised doughnuts especially are spectacular. The flavors are good but the texture and bite is outstanding. No way to go wrong no matter what you buy though, everything was excellent.
