Great place. Very good rental bikes. Best recovery drinks (thanks Abbey). Good location. Efficient and friendly staff. It is only a pity that the bar food and drink section closes 1,5hrs before closing..
The guys are friendly & helpful. The shop setup is nice.
Great service !
Stopped in to check out some of Rapha’s new aero Jersey’s while in town on vacation, from the second I walked in, I was warmly greeted and it was great vibes and very cool helpful people. Hanna initially was helping me, then Scott and Ebbie started talking bikes with me and invited me on their Saturday group ride. Excited to go on the ride and love their gear. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience.
Just Rude. I had planned on spending good money here but after being belittled and spoken to condescendingly I decided to take my business elsewhere. I just don’t understand it. Do better Rapha.
Friendly service and well designed store for cyclists. There are lots of group rides too, so check out their Strava. Offer bike rentals too if you’re an RCC member.
Awesome customer experience with really tasty coffee! Love the look and feel of the space too!
Super nice and accommodating
I rode my bike from dtla to Santa Monica I called in advance and they said they would be open in an hour once I got there the workers didn’t even acknowledge that there was a sign saying they would be open at 1 and finally someone walks up and says they’re closed for the day. Just to find out they opened later on in the day poorly ran business. I won’t be buying anything from them.
Good service but there was only one LA Clubhouse Jersey model ?

The folks here are just A+ all around!
I came in to grab some new gear (a jersey and bib) and Mel and Allan (I think??) were extremely helpful, making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
They walked me through some of the different lines with fit and features and were able to get my purchase dialed in.
The new gear looks sweet, looks & feels premium, and at a reasonable price point.
I'm looking forward to buying more gear from this store in the future!
The three dudes working were chill. Got me an espresso which was delightful then took off almost immediately. Didn’t spend too much time in the store my husband and angry baby were waiting for me in the car. Had to check this clubhouse off my visited list.
Great ride leaders - one stopped to help me out with a bad flat in the Santa Monica mountains
Actually this review is about their online service.I would give it a minus 5 if i could.During their sale event i had trouble with their cart. Tried the online chat but its not a real time tool. Emailed their support and included the cart number (per their instruction). Did 3 subsequent follow ups. On their site they mention 2 day response time.More than a full month!!! later I get a response asking me to share the cart content. Are you kidding me? who keeps the content of the cart a full month later? how about you respond within the 2 days per your website? 5 days would have been acceptable too.Guess what happened next? NOTHING. They practically disappeared. They may have good products but why would i want to buy if their support is never there when somebody actually has an issue.Rapha needs to look deep into their processes and communications.also emailed their CEO to bring to his attention but wasnt surprised that i didnt get an answer
Incredibly good vibes and also good coffee.
