1st time ever at Shake Shack and that was an outstanding burger. I really wish I caught the fellas name at the counter but he was awesome with how he treated me and my sons when we told him it was our 1st time. Pretty hard to find a better tasting burger, highly recommend it.

Jeremy was such a sweetheart! Very friendly and kind in communicating for and delivering my catering order. The management staff was so great in their quick communication over email and helped create a vegan option for catering, too. Food was of great quality and was gobbled up quickly. I especially loved the extra condiments like honey mustard and barbecue sauce that we were provided.

Shake Shack never disappoints, but this visit stood out because of how great the service was. The food was super fresh and flavorful, and the whole restaurant was spotless with a really clean and inviting atmosphere.

A huge shoutout to Paul—he was incredible. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He checked in on us with the perfect balance of attentiveness without ever being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. His kindness and professionalism really elevated our visit and made the meal even more enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive impression, and Paul absolutely did. Thanks to him, this was by far one of the best Shake Shack experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m back in LA!

This Shake Shack on Wilshire and Fifth feels right at home under the California sun. Housed in a mid-century style building, it attracts a nice mix of locals and tourists. I especially appreciate that they offer not one but two solid vegetarian burger options (the mushroom and the black bean patty) while still being a go-to spot for classic burger lovers. You need also to give a try to their lemonade. Four stars on food as I always find their burgers a little bit too salty to my taste

Last, big kudos to the team here—the service is consistently warm and welcoming. A great addition to Santa Monica!
